GUIDELINES FOR JOB EVENT-VISAKHAPATNAM
1. As part of the Year of the ex-Serviceman
activities, a Pension Adalat & ESM Mela has been scheduled to be
held at Visakhapatnam on 19 August 2012 (Sunday). During the conduct
of the event, a job fair has also been scheduled on the same day.
Venue : Sailors Institute, INS Satvahana, Naval
Base, Visakhapatnam
Timing : 1000 1600 hrs
2. All retired Navy personnel and
widows/dependents are eligible to attend the job fair. Sailors
retiring during the period Sep-Nov 12 are also eligible to
participate; however, they have to be registered with INPA, prior
the conduct of job fair/at the venue on 19 Aug 12.
3. Participation Fee: FREE
4. Resume Development Service.
It has been observed that retired Navy
personnel, after having spent 15+ / 20+ years in the Navy, acquire
experience, expertise and skills, which needs to be tabulated in the
format which the HR in the Corporate is seeking. Hence, Resume
development is indeed an important and essential tool to project
your skills and experience in the correct corporate format. All
personnel attending the job fair are advised to develop their
resume. Development of Resume can be applied through INPA website in
advance at a discounted price of Rs. 1296/-.
5. Refreshment. Tea /
Coffee / Water / Biscuit and Lunch will be provided.
6. All personnel attending the job fair are
requested to bring the following:-
(a) Identity Card
(b) PR Letter (retiring Officers)/ Copy of PPO (retired Officers) /
NOC (retiring Sailors)/Copy of Discharge Book(for retired sailors)
(c) Certified true copies of Academic and Professional
Qualifications
(d) Trade proficiency certificate
(e) Adequate PP size photographs
(f) Resume Sufficient Numbers
